We do not publish a programme before checking what it actually contains, and we do not quote a price before confirming it with the operating partner. One person handles the conversation — in Russian, English or German — from the first message to the hotel drop-off.

How does booking work?
You send an enquiry or complete Egypt Match, we confirm details and send the exact price and time. The booking is confirmed once you agree.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
It depends on the programme: some are paid on the day, others need a deposit to hold your place. We always explain this upfront.
Do you pick up from the hotel?
Yes, most programmes include hotel pickup and drop-off. This is stated in each programme's description.
What if an excursion is cancelled?
If a programme is cancelled for reasons outside your control (weather, minimum group not reached), we offer a replacement or a full refund.
What languages do you speak?
