An enquiry is not a booking
Sending a form on this site does not create a booking and does not commit you to payment. It is a request: we come back to you with a confirmed proposal.
Prices
Prices on the site are indicative from-prices, or marked as on request. The final price depends on date, hotel, group and availability, and is confirmed by a person before booking.
Confirmation
Contents, timing, transfers and payment arrangements are set out in the confirmed proposal. Only the terms stated there apply.
Changes and weather
Some programmes depend on weather, clearance and availability. If a trip cannot run, we offer a new date or an alternative.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on the programme and are stated in the confirmed proposal before any payment.
